Perishable Goods – No Returns for Change of Mind
Our products are perishable gourmet edible cups. For food safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind or taste preference

Incorrect ordering

Packages opened or damaged after delivery due to mishandling by the customer
When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

The item arrives damaged during shipping

The item received is incorrect (wrong product or quantity)

The item arrives in unsatisfactory condition due to our handling
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at waffettocup@gmail.com.

Provide your order number and clear photos of:

The packaging (inside and outside)

Claims made after 48 hours from delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refund Process

If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
Pre-order Items
Some products on our website may be offered as pre-orders. These items are clearly labeled as “Pre-order” on the product page.
For pre-order items:

You may cancel a pre-order anytime before it ships and receive a full refund.

The estimated shipping date for each pre-order item will be shown on the product page. This date is an estimate and may change due to production or logistics delays.

If a pre-order is not shipped within [7 days] of the estimated shipping date, you may request a full refund – no questions asked.

Once a pre-order has shipped, refunds or replacements are only available if the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition, in accordance with this Refund & Return Policy.
