Perishable Product Shipping Guidelines

  • Our edible cups are carefully packaged to maintain freshness during transit.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery to avoid prolonged exposure to heat or humidity.

  • We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed pickup after delivery has been made.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please follow our Refund & Return Policy instructions and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

 


Shipping for Pre-order Items

For products marked as “Pre-order” on the product page:

  • Pre-order items will ship on or around the estimated shipping date shown on the product page.

  • If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your pre-order has been dispatched.
