Perishable Goods – No Returns for Change of Mind
Our products are perishable gourmet edible cups. For food safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind or taste preference

Incorrect ordering

Packages opened or damaged after delivery due to mishandling by the customer
When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

The item arrives damaged during shipping

The item received is incorrect (wrong product or quantity)

The item arrives in unsatisfactory condition due to our handling
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Claims made after 48 hours from delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refund Process

If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
Pre-Order Guarantee

You may request a full refund at any time before your order ships.

All pre-orders will ship starting October 25, 2025.

If your order is not shipped by October 25, 2025, you will receive a full refund – no questions asked.
