Perishable Goods – No Returns for Change of Mind

Our products are perishable gourmet edible cups. For food safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or taste preference

  • Incorrect ordering

  • Packages opened or damaged after delivery due to mishandling by the customer


When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping

  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product or quantity)

  • The item arrives in unsatisfactory condition due to our handling


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at waffettocup@gmail.com

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of:

    • The product

    • The packaging (inside and outside)

  3. Claims made after 48 hours from delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Refund Process

  • If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.


Pre-Order Guarantee

  • You may request a full refund at any time before your order ships.

  • All pre-orders will ship starting October 25, 2025.

  • If your order is not shipped by October 25, 2025, you will receive a full refund – no questions asked.
